Job summary

Air Liquide Advanced Materials is seeking a Production Technician to operate chemical processes safely and efficiently on a 4 on, 4 off 12-hour shift in Mount Bethel, PA (and Branchburg, NJ as needed). The role emphasizes teamwork, learning, and adherence to SOPs while supporting safety and productivity goals.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, ability to wear respirators, and readiness to pass required tests.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED.
Must be able to wear a full-face respirator and related gear.
Must pass respiratory and physical tests for respirator use.
Fitness for duty including lifting 50 pounds and climbing ladders.
Ability to roll cylinders up to 200 lbs.
Shift work including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operates assigned processes to meet day-to-day production goals.
Prioritizes daily tasks with Production Leads and Supervisors.
Participates in monthly safety meetings and promotes a safe work environment.
Reviews and updates the Standard Operating Procedures.
Reviews and updates Learning Resources for the processes.
Disassembles and assembles production equipment.
Performs basic maintenance on equipment.
Promotes a culture of safety and quality in daily actions.
Cross-trains peers on approved functions.
