Job summary

Air Liquide Advanced Materials is hiring a Production Technician for Mount Bethel, PA. The role supports chemical processes, ensuring safe, efficient production with a 4-on 4-off, 12-hour shift schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 pounds, and the capacity to pass respirator-based tests. Training, safety emphasis, and peer cross-training are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be clean shaven at all times for safety purposes.
• Ability to wear a full face respirator and related PPE.
• Must pass respiratory and physical tests to wear respirator.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders; weigh up to 200 lbs rolling cylinders.

Responsibilities

• Safely supports assigned processes to meet daily quality and production goals.
• Collaborates with Production Leads and Supervisors to align tasks.
• Participates in safety meetings and maintains a safe work environment.
• Updates Standard Operating Procedures and Learning Resources.
• Assembles/disassembles production equipment and performs basic maintenance.
• Supports cross-training and emergency response participation.
