Job summary

Locations include Upper Mount Bethel, PA or Branchburg, NJ, with a 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shift schedule and on-call duties. Compensation includes $29.52/hour with a 6% annual bonus and travel of 0-5% based on business needs, reflecting the demanding, safety-focused

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be and remain clean shaven at all times for safety purposes.
• Ability to wear respirators and enforced safety equipment.
• Fitness for duty including lifting 50 pounds and climbing ladders.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to work at Upper Mount Bethel, PA or Branchburg, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently supports assigned processes to meet daily production goals.
• Collaborates with Production Leads and Supervisors to align tasks.
• Participates in monthly safety meetings and maintains a safe work environment.
• Reviews and updates Standard Operating Procedures and Learning Resources.
• Assembles/disassembles production equipment and performs basic maintenance.
• Promotes a safety-first culture and supports emergency response participation.

Education
