Job summary

Air Liquide Advanced Materials is hiring a Production Technician in Upper Mount Bethel, PA (or Branchburg, NJ) to operate chemical processes safely and efficiently. You will work 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, with a 5% annual bonus and travel up to 5% based on business needs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong safety mindset, ability to lift 50 lbs, and the ability to wear full PPE.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; minimum safety training preferred.
• Must be able to wear a full face respirator and related protective gear.
• Ability to pass respiratory and physical tests for PPE use.
• Must be fit for duty, able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Experience with rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operates assigned processes to meet daily quality and production goals.
• Prioritize daily tasks in coordination with Production Leads and Supervisors.
• Participate in monthly safety meetings and promote a safe work environment.
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures and Learning Resources.
• Complete annual goals aligned with plant objectives and personal development.
• Assemble/disassemble production equipment and perform basic maintenance.
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to lockout/tagout and safety protocols.
• Actively participate on ALAM’s emergency response team as needed.
