Job summary

Air Liquide Advanced Materials is hiring a Production Technician for a 4 on 4 off 12-hour shift schedule. The role supports chemical processes, ensuring safe and efficient plant operation while meeting quality and production targets.

Responsibilities include learning and adhering to SOPs, maintaining equipment, and participating in safety training. Applicants must pass respirator and physical tests and are expected to work rotating shifts in Upper Mount Bethel, PA or Branchburg, NJ.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to wear a full face respirator and a fully encapsulated suit.
• Must pass respiratory and physical tests to wear respirator.
• Fitness for duty including lifting 50 pounds and climbing ladders.
• Ability to work rotating shifts—day, night, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently supports assigned processes to meet day-to-day production goals.
• Collaboratively aligns daily tasks with Production Leads and Supervisors.
• Participate in monthly safety meetings and foster a safe work environment.
• Reviews and updates Standard Operating Procedures.
• Reviews and updates Learning Resources for processes.
• Completes annual personal goals to meet plant and personal development goals.
• Assembles and disassembles production equipment.
• Performs basic maintenance on equipment.
• Promotes a safety-first culture in daily actions.
• Issue for safe work permits.
• Complete all assigned training.
• Support peer development through cross-training.
