Miller Manufacturing is seeking a Production Worker to support the production, assembly and packaging of quality products. Responsibilities include inspecting materials, maintaining inventory, and recording production data while following standard work instructions.

Overtime may be required; first shift 7:00am–3:30pm; starting wage $18.00. New hires may be eligible for a $300 retention bonus after 90 days contingent on attendance and performance.

Qualificações

• Read instruments such as gauges and indicators on equipment.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• Follow detailed written and oral instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory through proper counting and record keeping.
• Use hour by hour tracking to account for productivity throughout shifts.
• Account for all hours worked to proper Manufacturing Order or other Job codes.
• Keep equipment in good working condition and report deficiencies.
• Keep areas neat with inventory and tools in designated locations.
