Job summary

Time Staffing is hiring Machine Operators on 1st shift in Production, 7:00am - 3:30pm, $20.51 per hour. Join our team to operate machinery, assemble small kits, and perform quality checks.

You will document activities, maintain a safe work environment, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma or equivalent and good teamwork are required; experience with set-up sheets and inspections is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to perform basic math and counting.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with set-up sheets and inspection processes (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to build small kits based on order specifications
• Check and verify kits for quantity, quality, and proper packaging
• Perform quality inspections, including first-piece validation and random checks
• Make minor equipment adjustments for optimal operation
• Document activities accurately and notify supervisors of issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
