Miller Manufacturing is seeking a Production Worker to join our 3rd shift team. You will perform production, assembly and packaging of quality products according to our specifications, following Standard Work Instructions and assisting with overtime as needed.
Responsibilities include inspecting materials and finished goods, maintaining accurate inventory, tracking productivity, logging hours, and keeping equipment and work spaces clean. Prior factory experience is preferred but not required.

Summary: The Production Worker is primarily responsible for the production, assembly and packaging of quality products in an efficient manner. Perform hand and machine operations to produce, fabricate, assemble and package product according to Miller’s specifications while adhering to the established Standard Work Instructions for each job to achieve required performance standards. Previous experience preferred but not required. Overtime may be required.
3rd Shift Sunday 9:45pm - 7:15am, Monday - Thursday 11:30pm - 7:15am; overtime as required
