Job summary

Miller Manufacturing Company, a family-owned manufacturer, seeks a Warehouse Worker to process orders, pick/pack, and assist with receiving using forklifts and pallet jacks. Safety and quality are top priorities as you move products through shipping and inventory systems.

The role operates on 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with overtime as needed. A $300 retention bonus may be offered after 90 days, subject to attendance and performance, with pre-employment screening required.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required or training provided.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Effective communication with coworkers and management.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders through picking, packing, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
• Load and unload trucks following dock safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory and complete required documentation.
• Keep work areas clean and organized and report equipment issues.
