MillerKnoll, Inc. is seeking an Assembler in the Metal Finishing Department on 1st shift to safely load and unload the conveyor and to make on-the-spot quality judgments on conforming and non-conforming parts.

You will support all aspects of the metal coating process, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity while maintaining a clean work area and collaborating with teammates to meet on-time goals.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required or demonstrated performance.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read scheduling sheets and related paperwork.

Responsabilidades

• Safely load and unload the metal finishing conveyor on 1st shift.
• Make on-the-spot quality judgments on conforming and non-conforming products.
• Maintain safety, quality, and output standards in all tasks.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, supporting housekeeping goals.
