Job Summary: The technician will provide mechanical and electromechanical support for production equipment, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment modifications. The role involves working in a team environment with engineering, quality, and production departments.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work primarily 2nd shift with flexibility for other shifts & overtime.
• Experience in a production environment required.
• Ability to work independently to a production schedule.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Strong teamwork, positive attitude, work ethic, and sense of urgency.
• Mechanical & electrical skills, PLC, hydraulic, pneumatic experience.

Qualifications:

• 2- or 4-year degree in Mechanical/Electrical field or applicable experience.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Ability to read equipment schematics.
• Ability to identify and correct defects and abnormalities.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Programming skills and line start-up experience are a plus.
