Value Windows & Doors in Duarte, CA is seeking dependable Production Workers to join our growing team. You will operate tools, assist in assembling vinyl windows and doors, and contribute to meeting production targets in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires teamwork, adherence to safety guidelines, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Prior production or warehouse experience and familiarity with measuring tapes and basic hand/power tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of production/warehouse experience.
• Ability to read a measuring tape accurately.
• Experience with basic hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic for a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Perform various production tasks within assigned department
• Manufacture windows and doors while meeting quality and productivity standards
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Use required PPE at all times
• Assist with meeting production deadlines and schedules
• Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50–75 lbs
• Support team goals and company mission
