Job summary

Lindsay Windows is seeking quality-minded individuals to join our production and warehouse teams in California. You'll operate hand and pneumatic tools, read tape measures, and help assemble window components.

This role requires standing all shift, lifting 35–55 lbs, and following safety procedures. We offer benefits including health insurance, paid time off, a 401(k), and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• Standing for an entire shift.
• Ability to read and understand a tape measure.
• Lift and transfer windows weighing 35 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Perform fine hand movements and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools and saws to process window components.
• Lift/move window components weighing 35-55 lbs.
• Meet production goals by posted line standards.
• Self-inspect 100% of parts moving through the workstation.
• Follow company safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.

Lindsay Windows is looking for quality minded individuals to work in our production and warehouse areas!

Your responsibilities:

• Using hand tools, pneumatic tools, saw operations, tape measure, etc.
• Lifting/moving/ placing window components that are 35-55 lbs.
• Meet production goals by posted line standards.
• Self-inspect 100% of parts (finished and unfinished) moving through your workstation.
• Follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members.

Requirements Within This Position:

• Stand for the entire shift
• Read and understand the use of a tape measure
• Lift and transfer 35Ibs frequently throughout the course of the day
• Lift and transfer 50Ibs occasionally throughout the course of the day
• Reach overhead occasionally
• Bend at the waist and pivot from the waist frequently
• Use fine hand manipulation movements frequently
• Basic computer use including Microsoft Suite
