Job summary

A leading window manufacturer in Union, Missouri, is seeking a Production Technician to work in our production area. Responsibilities include using hand and pneumatic tools, lifting components weighing 35-55 lbs, and meeting production goals while ensuring safety protocols. This position offers a starting pay of $16.00 per hour with an opportunity for an additional $2/hour attendance bonus, along with various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for entire shift.
• Lift and move 35 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Perform fine hand manipulations frequently.

Responsibilities

• Use hand and pneumatic tools in production.
• Lift and place window components regularly.
• Self-inspect parts moving through workstation.
• Encourage safety in the workspace.

Lindsay Windows is looking for quality minded individuals to work in our production area as a Production Technician!

Your responsibilities:

Using hand tools, pneumatic tools, saw operations, tape measurer, etc.

Lifting/moving/ placing window components that are 35-55 lbs.

Meet production goals by posted line standards.

Self-inspect 100% of parts (finished and unfinished) moving through your workstation.

Follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members.

Requirements Within This Position:

Stand for the entire shift

Lift and transfer 35Ibs frequently throughout the course of the day

Lift and transfer 50Ibs occasionally throughout the course of the day

Reach overhead occasionally

Bend at the waist and pivot from the waist frequently

Use fine hand manipulation movements frequently

Your Compensation:

Starting at $16.00 per hour

Opportunity to additional $2/hour attendance bonus!

Pay is Dependent on Experience (DOE)
