The role trains on 1st shift before transitioning to nights, operating equipment to form, machine, thread, weld, and finish chain products while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of manufacturing experience; experience with production equipment is preferred.

Position Summary

The Manufacturing Production Technician II is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment used to manufacture chain products and fittings. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot routine production issues while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.

Schedule

• Candidates will initially train on 1st shift (6:00 AM to 4:00 PM) for approximately 3 to 6 months before moving to the 3rd shift schedule.
• 3rd shift is from 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday
• Overtime may be required on Fridays based on business needs
• Schedule may vary based on business needs

What You'll Do

• Experience using measuring and inspection tools.
• Ability to identify and resolve routine production issues.
• Ability to read work instructions and product specifications.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
