Smurfit Westrock in Cleveland, Ohio, is hiring a Production Team Member to join our manufacturing line. You will perform tasks safely, operate equipment, and help maintain a clean, efficient workspace.

Job: Production Team Member. Location: 16645 Granite Road Cleveland, OH 44137. Shifts

• Days: Monday - Thursday, 6 am - 4 pm EST. Overtime: Friday as needed
• Nights: Sunday Night - Wednesday Night, 8 pm - 6 am. Overtime - Thursday Night as needed

Pay: $20.64/hr. 1st Pay increase after 60 days, will bump up to $22.55/hr. Shift Differential: Nights $0.40/hour. Medical/Dental/Vision: Starts on Day 1!

Primary Duties Include

• Safely performing a wide range of tasks that include stacking products, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safe, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and have a desire to advance within the company.

What You Need To Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Military training and or Technical School preferred
• Manufacturing experience (preferred) however not required - full training provided.
• Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate power hand tools, and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean work environment. Ability to read a tape measure, basic math, and computer skills.
• Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations. Ability to navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.
• Required to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on position.

The starting rate is $20.64 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 10 days of paid vacation, and 10 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change.
