Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production to ensure quality, productivity, and cost standards.
• Provide team member training to ensure safe and effective performance.
• Assist with supervision of sanitation operations as necessary to promote a clean, safe environment.
• Enforce plant rules, regulations and procedures.
• Evaluate team member performance and provide guidance for improvement.
• Support plant and safety programs with strong safety awareness.
