Job summary

Lamb Weston in Warden, WA is seeking a Team Leader Production to supervise a manufacturing shift and drive daily operations. You will guide a 15‑50 person team, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and identify process improvements.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to train and mentor team members while maintaining a food‑safe environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree, or 4+ years of relevant industry/work experience, or supervisory/management experience.
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to multi‑task while leading others.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a production team to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, guiding resources, materials, processes, and equipment.
• Promote continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and customer service.
