Qualifications

• Must communicate, comprehend, and follow instructions in English (written and oral).
• 1-2 years in food manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Training will be provided for L2/3 Formed Product, L2/3 Co-Product Packaging, and Sanitation; Lock Out Tag Out qualifications required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust equipment in multiple processing and packaging areas.
• Monitor product quality, line flow rates, and waste streams; identify and solve safety/quality/production issues.
• Perform end-of-cycle sanitation and maintain food-safe environment.
• Engage in root-cause analysis using IPS and UPS tools; participate in improvement events.
