Job summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Processing Technician in Hermiston, OR. You will operate in a rotating schedule across L1 processing, supporting safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 1–2 years in food manufacturing, L1 processing/ADR/Fryer training, and proficiency with Excel/Word. You will work in a team, follow GMPs, and participate in safety programs while building a solid career path.

Qualifications

Trained and qualified in L1 Processing, ADR, and Fryer positions.
Sanitation qualification required.
Lock-out/Tag-out qualified.
Read, understand, and follow plant rules and safety policies as specified in the Lamb Weston Employee Handbook.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties

Responsibilities

Actively participates in Lamb Weston Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice programs.
Conducts process quality checks per procedure and by request of Production Lead, Team Leader Production, Team Leader Quality, Team Leader Area Production, and Line Structure Team.
Performs all Daily Management System standards per schedule to include CILs, FSILs, CLs, and Defect Handling.
Operates cohesively with additional Line 1 Process Technician team members in management of the Line 1 Process area; including but not limited to all job functions from the L1 Evenflows through the L1 Fryer.
Engages in scheduled AMD activities.
