Job summary

Lamb Weston in Hermiston, OR is hiring a Processing Technician to operate Line 1 processes on a rotating weekly schedule. You will work in a safety-focused, team-driven environment supporting quality checks and ongoing process improvements.

The role emphasizes compliance with GMP, engagement in AMD activities, and collaboration with Production Leads and Team Leaders to meet weekly CBN goals. A strong focus on safety and physical readiness is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Food Manufacturing, or related field, preferred.
• Must communicate in English (written and oral).

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in Lamb Weston Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice programs.
• Conducts process quality checks per procedure and by request of Production Lead, Team Leader Production, Team Leader Quality, Team Leader Area Production, and Line Structure Team.
• Performs all Daily Management System standards per schedule to include CILs, FSILs, CLs, and Defect Handling.
• Operates cohesively with additional Line 1 Process Technician team members in management of the Line 1 Process area.
• Engages in scheduled AMD activities.
