Lamb Weston is seeking an Operations Leader to guide production teams in identifying and executing process improvements while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will manage resources to meet production goals, foster a collaborative, engaged workforce, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Identify problems or bottlenecks in production processes and resolve issues.
• Provide resources to position the team for success, including materials, equipment and human resources.
• Facilitate collaboration on continuous improvement goals in safety, quality, cost, and customer service.
• Oversee functions of the business and maintain an engaged, team-oriented workforce to improve results.
• Support community and corporate citizenship initiatives.
• Lead training to develop Operations Team Leads for future advancement.
• Foster a World Class Safety/Wellness culture and recruit/retain talent.
• Develop team members to identify and execute process improvement opportunities.
