Lamb Weston in Hermiston, OR is seeking a Team Leader Production to guide a shift of 15–50 operators, drive safety, quality and productivity, and develop the next generation of leaders. The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, training, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have a tracking record of leadership, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task under demanding conditions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and lead others
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds

Responsabilités

• Manage and ensure the safety of the production team (15–50 people per shift)
• Meet production and quality goals; oversee schedules and resources
• Identify areas for process improvement and drive safety, quality and cost initiatives
• Provide team member training and support plant safety programs
