Job summary

Lamb Weston is seeking a Team Leader Production in Pasco, WA to supervise a production team, drive safety and quality goals, and identify process improvements. You will lead a shift of 15–50 team members, coordinate resources, and promote a culture of accountability.

This role offers extensive leadership training and frequent advancement opportunities within Lamb Weston, with a focus on delivering results and supporting continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task while leading others.
• Ability to regularly lift/move up to 25 lb and occasionally 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production to ensure quality, productivity and cost standards.
