The role focuses on resolving bottlenecks, maintaining schedules, and delivering operational excellence. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with standard manufacturing software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years related experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Ability to communicate effectively and supervise teams.

Responsabilités

• Monitor production to ensure that quality, productivity, and cost standards are maintained.
• Provide employee training to ensure responsibilities are performed effectively.
• Assist with the supervision of sanitation operations to promote a food-safe environment.
• Enforce plant rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Evaluate subordinate performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Participate in safety programs and ensure adherence to safety requirements.

Formation

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three years related experience.
