Job summary

Lamb Weston in Richland, WA seeks a Team Leader Production to lead shift-based teams, drive process improvements, and achieve safety, quality and efficiency goals. You will manage staff, allocate resources, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

The role requires 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and preferred exposure to SAP and GMPs. Weekend/shift availability and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; related fields encouraged.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs.
• Willingness to work weekends/shift work.
• 2nd shift availability required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production to ensure quality, productivity, and cost standards.
• Provide employee training to ensure job responsibilities are performed effectively.
• Assist with sanitation supervision to promote food safety and cleanliness.
• Enforce plant rules, regulations and procedures.
• Evaluate subordinate performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Support plant and company safety programs and promote awareness of safety requirements.
