Job summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader Production in Quincy, WA to manage day-to-day operations and develop the next generation of leaders.

You will oversee a 15–50 person production team, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and continuously improve processes. The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task while leading others.
• Ability to regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a production team of 15–50 people per shift to achieve production and quality goals.
• Monitor production to maintain quality, productivity and cost standards.
• Provide team member training to ensure effective and safe performance.
• Assist with sanitation supervision to maintain a clean, food-safe environment.
• Enforce plant rules, procedures and safety guidelines; evaluate performance for improvements.
• Support safety programs and promote high safety awareness among staff.
