Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to read and comprehend internal documents related to store operations.
• Ability to lift up to and between 40 - 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and ensures a smooth production process for donation functions, inventory, control, and adherence to the agency’s production procedures and core value pledge for processors and donation.
• Fulfills the duties of all production staff to provide excellent customer service to donors, greet donors, unload donations, complete donor receipts, and sort/process items for the sales floor.
• Assists in enforcing store safety and security procedures.
• Assists in settling complaints.
• Provides input for associate interviews and performance evaluations.
• Maintains professional appearance per uniform standards and supports staffing with budget alignment.
• Records work of the department and helps monitor time/attendance; assists with interviews, training, and development.
