Job summary

Hormel Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor/Team Leader in Austin, MN, to train and manage a 15+ person production team across plant processes. The role emphasizes motivating the team to hit production and quality goals and to support continuous improvement in safety, cost, and service.

The position starts on 2nd or 3rd shift with potential extended hours, including weekends. Relocation is encouraged, and full-time, salaried employment is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 3.0 GPA; graduating between December 2026 and May 2027.
• Must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be open to relocation.
• Must be open to working non-traditional hours (2nd/3rd shifts, weekends, rotating shifts).
