Production Supervisor/Team Leader (Austin, MN)
Trains and manages a team of 15+ production workers on food manufacturing plant processes. Motivates a team to attain production and quality goals and supports continuous improvement processes. Team leaders are usually "on their feet" in the production area about 80% of their shift. Typically start on 2nd or 3rd shift. Extended hours may be needed, including weekends.
