Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a lead/supervisor role or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, initiative, problem solving, time management and communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work on their feet ~80% of the shift and in cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads team members by managing and executing plant processes.
• Manages team members to achieve production and quality goals.
• Ensures resources (materials, equipment, staffing) are available to maintain schedules.
• Supports continuous improvement to meet safety, quality, cost and customer service goals.
