The J.M. Smucker Company is seeking a Team Leader to manage shift operations and team performance in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience. This role involves coordinating staffing, ensuring safety and quality, and fostering effective communication across teams.
Work Arrangements: Monday – Friday, 7 am to 3 pm, 3 pm to 11 pm, 11 am to 7 am and some Saturdays
