To realize that vision, we’re investing in new technology, processes, plans, and people that will completely rethink the way that brands view and interact with their manufacturer. We’re building the platform that will allow us to serve as the foundation of our customer’s branded products, from their first sample to their million-unit product run, and every step in between.

Come help us build the future of the personal care and beauty landscape, one partnership at a time.

What we’re looking for:

We’re searching for a Procurement and Order Processing Assistant who can keep up in a dynamic manufacturing environment. As a member of the procurement team, you will directly participate in turning our customers’ ideas into finished goods ready for the market. You will be a resource for our Business Development unit, for our Research & Development Department, for our Project Managers, for our Schedulers, and for all of those involved in providing our customers with excellent service and communication. You will work side by side with an experienced purchasing team that is invested in your success and development.

What you’ll do:

  • Process orders from our customers as these move from development to production and identify our requirements for fulfillment.
  • Manage inventory, assessing on hand materials and new requirements.
  • Issue purchase orders, communicating regularly with suppliers via phone and email.
  • Provide schedulers with expected arrival dates for materials and advise of any potential delays.
  • Communicate with our customer service team members to ensure they have all of the information and support needed to maintain our customers current on the progress of their orders.
  • Release orders to our manufacturing and production teams as soon as possible.
  • Perform additional support duties within supply chain.
  • Receive cross-training in all purchasing department functions.

What you have:
  • Must have 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing/purchasing environment.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Competence in basic math functions
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data, establish clear priorities quickly, and drive the decision-making process.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight timelines, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Strong collaboration and administrative skills
  • Experience in data entry and MS Office (especially, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Strong Excell Skills
  • Required High school diploma

What we’re offering:
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits
  • 401K program with matching contributions
  • The spirit of a startup with the security of an established, profitable industry leader
