Pratt Industries is seeking a dependable Production Supervisor Trainee for its corrugated box operations in the United States. The role focuses on safe operation of equipment, supporting quality standards, minimizing downtime and recommending improvements to meet customer demand.

The trainee will rotate across departments, work overtime as needed, and participate in safety and GMP practices while advancing in production operations and housekeeping responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred: packaging, corrugated, paper, plastics or converting industries.
• Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines including corrugator, flexo folder gluers, die cutters, stackers and balers.
• Assist with machine setup, minor maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Follow quality control procedures to meet customer expectations and reduce waste.
• Rotate between departments as production demands require.
• Maintain safety and report issues promptly.
