Job summary

Tosca is hiring a Team Lead for the Service Center in Riverside, CA. You will supervise daily production on the floor, ensure safety, quality, and throughput, and coach a hands-on team to meet customer demand.

Lead by example, track shift performance, and coordinate with Maintenance and other leaders to address issues and drive continuous improvement. This is a full-time, 3rd shift role with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of production or manufacturing experience; leadership preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to Tosca’s values of integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production floor operations ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Lead, train, and coach team members; communicate priorities daily.
• Maintain shift records for production, shipping, receiving, and quality.
• Collaborate with managers to resolve operational issues and drive improvements.
• Support GMPs, SOPs, and Food Safety Management System standards.
