Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure effective, safe and cost-efficient operations and staff management for the Production, Soil room, and Washroom departments.

You will lead Soil room and Washroom teams, coordinate with maintenance, monitor safety, train staff and ensure that quality and production standards are met. The role requires strong leadership, timely reporting, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Production experience in a related production environment
• Solid leadership acumen
• Excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
• Collaborates effectively across teams
• Familiarity with production safety regulations/issues

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet daily/weekly production goals
• Exhibit leadership in Crown Laundry culture and model company policies
• Fill in and assist with any position as needed to ensure production goals are met
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment in good condition
• Uphold safety by participating in monthly safety committee meetings and addressing violations
• Track production targets, communicate progress, and hold department meetings
• Ensure product quality by documenting and teaching formulas and processes
• Handle administrative duties and timely reporting
