Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the soil room, washroom, and production areas. You will drive safe, cost-efficient operations, manage staff, and ensure quality and on-time results.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, collaboration with maintenance, safety committee participation, reporting production results, and stepping in to cover shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• At least three years of production experience in a related environment.
• Solid leadership acumen to guide teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent collaboration and effective communication with staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom teams to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes.
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and control labor costs.
• Ensure employees are trained and production standards are met.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment operating smoothly.
• Promote safety; participate in monthly safety committee meetings.
• Prepare production reports and communicate targets and achievements to staff.
• Fill in for other positions as needed to meet production goals.
• Move employees between work stations to meet production requirements.
