Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the Production, Soil room, and Washroom departments, ensuring safe, cost-efficient operations and effective staff management.

You will lead staffing via scheduling, enforce quality standards, coach teams, and partner with maintenance to keep equipment in good condition. Monthly safety meetings and clear production reporting are part of the role.

Qualifications

• The ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without an accommodation.
• At least 3 years production experience in a related environment, preferably in a lead position.
• Solid leadership acumen and strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with measurable results.
• Exceptional collaboration skills across teams and departments.
• Familiarity with production safety regulations and issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet production targets and maintain quality.
• Exhibit leadership aligned with Crown Laundry culture and values.
• Fill in and assist with any position as needed to meet production goals.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
• Ensure safety by coordinating monthly safety meetings and addressing violations.
• Track production targets and communicate results via production boards and meetings.
• Ensure documented formulas and processes are followed; supervise daily reporting.
