Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient processes and staffing.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet production targets with proper scheduling and training.
• Foster Crown Laundry culture by listening to employees and modeling company policies.
• Fill in and assist with other positions to meet production needs and tie-out as required.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment running and safe.
• Ensure safety by organizing monthly safety committee meetings and addressing violations.
• Communicate production targets and achievements using a Production Board and department meetings.
• Ensure production reports are completed accurately for supervised employees.
• Document and teach formulas and processes to ensure product quality.
• Handle administrative duties and coordinate new hire paperwork.
