Sysco is seeking a team leader to provide daily leadership, direction, and support to packing associates, line feeders and stackers in a high-volume warehouse environment. You will identify and analyze problems and implement corrective actions to improve performance.

The role requires strong English communication, proven leadership, and a commitment to food safety. Bilingual Spanish is preferred, and physical work involves lifting up to 50 lbs and long periods of standing.

Competenze

• 2 years of experience in produce knowledge or related industry.
• Familiarity with high-volume warehouse/production processing.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

• Coordinate priorities with line supervisors and management to address issues efficiently.
• Assign crew to specific duties to maximize department efficiency.
• Ensure safety and efficiency of the crew as a team.
• Ensure adherence to HACCP and food safety guidelines at all times.
