Job summary

Sysco Coastal Sunbelt Produce is seeking a Production Team Lead to provide daily leadership, direction, and support to packing associates, line feeders and stackers. You will ensure a safe, organized, clean and efficient operation while proactively identifying problems and implementing corrective actions to improve performance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in produce or related industry, and strong English communication; Spanish is a plus.
