Job summary

You will oversee 10-20 team members, drive lean manufacturing, coordinate with Quality Control, Engineering, and Maintenance, and ensure production targets are met while upholding safety standards.

• Demonstrated leadership in safety & environmental compliance.

• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads a manufacturing production team to achieve productivity, safety and quality goals.
• Follows company safety policies and promotes a safety mindset.
• Hires, schedules, and supervises full-time and temporary staff.
• Provides coaching and timely feedback; handles disciplinary actions if needed.
• Conducts quarterly and annual performance reviews for team members.
• Oversees process documentation, training programs, and workplace cleanliness.
• Ensures product quality and adherence to quality processes.
• Collaborates with Quality Control, Engineering and Maintenance to improve quality and efficiency.
• Tracks productivity and maintains costs within budget via lean manufacturing and cross-training.
