Job summary

CRH plc, based in Napoleon, OH, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in a safe, efficient, and quality-driven environment. You will drive safety programs, manage personnel, and coach staff to meet productivity goals while upholding Lean manufacturing practices.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic plant setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a safe workplace is maintained and there is a safety mindset in all things we do.
• Hires, schedules, and supervises full time staff and additional temporary staff.
• Provides coaching and corrective feedback timely and administers disciplinary processes as necessary.
• Performs quarterly and annual reviews for all team members.
• Oversees process documentation and training program procedures for consistency.
