Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team of ~20 in Lebanon, TN. You will drive safety, productivity, and quality while coaching staff, managing schedules, and applying lean practices to reduce waste and improve performance.

You will collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance and ensure compliance with company policies. This role requires supervisory experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Proficient with Office tools; basic math skills are needed.
• Must be able to work in a plant with varying temperatures and noise.

Responsibilities

• Lead a manufacturing production team to achieve safety, productivity, and quality goals.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and incidents are minimized.
• Hire, schedule and supervise staff and temporary workers.
• Provide coaching and timely performance feedback.
• Manage process documentation and training to sustain operations.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to improve processes.
• Track productivity and control costs using lean methods.
