Qualifications

Job Description

* Manage the assigned area ensuring that safety, quality, production, cost control & continuous improvement objectives are met while providing technical support and training to employees working in the assigned production areas.
* Oversee and implement Lean initiatives in the responsible areas.
* Conduct Flash 5 meetings and one-on-one conversations to effectively communicate company policies, objectives, and performance feedback to the workforce in assigned areas.
* Deliver on-time completion of product produced in the assigned assembly areas.
* Ensure all material used in the assembly of a job is appropriately charged to the correct job.
* Maintain a clean and well-organized work area at all times.
* Coordinate the final quality of the breaker, releasing breaker to and interfacing with quality inspection personnel, providing feedback on quality to concerned employees.
* Review daily shortage reports and provide feedback to the supervisor on potential upcoming parts shortages.
* Fill in for production as needed in assembly process.
* Provide cross functionality & help handling other product coordinator tasks as needed.
* Communicate weekly reviews with the supervisor.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements

* PC knowledge required.

Education Requirements

* HS Diploma or GED and 2 years manufacturing or supervision work experience.
