Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities for safe and efficient operation.
• Coordinate product flow and line changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Monitor product quality and communicate deviations promptly.
• Serve as the primary training coordinator for new employees.
• Act as the Safety Champion for the assigned shift.
