Job summary

Prysmian in North Carolina seeks a Plant Leader to develop and implement plans that execute the daily production schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will use SAP and capacity models to optimize staffing, lead continuous improvement efforts, and coach teams toward strong performance. Strong leadership, lean experience, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management required.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Experience in Lean manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Experience in optical fiber cabling industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans that execute the daily production schedule.
• Hold the organization accountable for hitting daily goals and maintaining quality/operational standards.
• Use SAP and plant capacity models to determine staffing and work schedule requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and drive lean initiatives in manufacturing.
• Coach and develop associates and drive development plans for direct reports.
