Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and remove barriers to enable teams to be effective.
• Lead and manage a team of direct reports including time-tracking, training, and performance.
• Communicate policies and objectives; interface between employees and company.
• Coach continuous improvement through lean manufacturing practices (5S, waste reduction).
• Demonstrate knowledge of equipment and processes to support development and optimization.
• Lead/c participate in cross-functional teams to identify root causes (5 Why’s, 8D’s) for corrective actions.
• Own and report departmental KPIs to leadership.
• Create a positive working environment that promotes growth and professionalism.
• Interface with other departments to meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Plan production to meet customer demand while ensuring high product quality.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for manufacturing readiness of new products.
