Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 - 4-year degree in a related field and/or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and remove barriers to team effectiveness.
• Lead and manage a team of direct reports; handle training and performance.
• Plan production to meet customer demands while maintaining quality.
• Interface with other departments to meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement through lean practices.
• Own KPIs and coordinate cross-functional corrective actions.
