Job summary

Grote Industries, Inc. is seeking a Working Leader to supervise a production team and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. You will select, train, and assign duties to Team Members, ensuring safe, efficient operations and adherence to standard work and GPS audits.

You will lead daily start-up meetings, monitor performance, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, HR, and Maintenance to resolve issues and sustain high-quality output.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; technical training is a plus.
• Two year technical degree in a manufacturing field is advantageous.
• 5+ years in manufacturing leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline team in a lean Daily Management System (DMS).
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time production.
• Coordinate staffing and shift handoffs effectively.
• Train and develop team members on standard work and GPS tools.
